Who is Lubna Al-Khamis
I was born with a spoonful of ink in my mouth
I grew up in my grandfather's house, the writer and journalist Abdullah bin Khamis, surrounded by piles of books and stories, with the scent of paper and ink. I fell in love with the word and believed in its power early on, deciding to refine this passion through education. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the American University in Dubai, then a Master's degree from Columbia University's School of Journalism in New York. After graduating, I worked in the offices of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, where I learned extensively about leadership and entrepreneurship. Years later, I launched the Abajora podcast, which quickly gained local and regional recognition, winning several awards and topping the most-listened-to podcast charts for years. Today, I share my voice, thoughts, and experiences through my social media platforms, hoping to leave a lasting impact and enduring legacy.
